Worldwide TV Sales Slowing

TV Sales Across the Globe Increasing Slower Than Last Year
6.20.2012—According to this LA Times article, worldwide televisions sales took a dip this year, compared to last year. The reasons for which are “The causes of slow demand in 2011 were complex, and although LCD TV showed growth, results were well below industry expectations,” according to Paul Gagnon, head of North America TV research for DisplaySearch, the company that compiled the figures.
With companies rushing to bring new innovations to the living room, ready to reinvent how we interact with our TVs, (innovations like Boxfish!) we anticipate TV sales will boom in the years to come.
